Reiki is a Japanese Healing Art and a way of living. - a mystic art to invite Happiness founded by Mikao Usui, brought to the Western World by Hawayo Takata and practiced today by millions of people worldwide. 

Reiki Classes

Reiki 1 Class
This Introduction to Reiki will be taught usually over one weekend. You will learn about the history of Reiki, the Reiki Principles, how to treat yourself and others. There is ample of time to practice and ask questions. Includes initiation

Reiki 2 Class
In this class you will be introduced to the Symbols and Distant Treatments. You will  explore how to work on a deeper level with Reiki. This is a weekend class with ample time to practice and to ask questions. Includes initiation

Reiki Treatments

Reiki Treatments can support you during many challenges in your life.
Reiki Treatments have shown to benefit people with anxiety, depression and sleep deprivation, chronic pain, to support the recovery from surgery or injuries  and is used to ease the side effects chemotherapy.

In this class we connect with our body, learn techniques on how to stay fully in our own energy even in difficult situations, learn about the latest research - yes there is scientific research going on to explore this - and of course share and support each other.

The class is offered once a month and Continuing Education Credit is given for OR and WA. ​

Reiki II Intensive
This class is for you if you want to go deeper with your Reiki experience, maybe rediscover what it can bring to your life now after you almost forgot about it.

We share Reiki, revisit the principles and explore the power of the symbols.
How can you use Reiki to heal wounds of your past, how can it help you with your current challenges at work.
This class is hands-on. We will explore, discover and share.

As part of this class I offer two evening following up session were you have the opportunity to share your experiences and ask questions.

This class is for Students already initiated into Reiki 2nd degree.

 My Approach to Strategic Planning

At first we will take a close look at

• The purpose of the organization  - Why are you in business?
• The mission - What do you want to accomplish? Who do you serve?
• The Strategic Plan - How are you are going accomplishing it?

WHY?, WHAT? and HOW? and a proven process will bring clarity, direction and focus to your organization.

​These are usually 3 session, which can usually be accomplished in a 1 or 2 day off-site or as meetings within a month time frame.

Often it is found that the organization is lacking resources and talents to accomplish it's goals. I'm available as a consultant to coach and mentor your teams and individuals to rise to the challenge and to gain confidence in new areas. This is single most referred skill by my peers and staff.

I highly recommend a monthly or quarterly follow up to revisit, adjust and even more important to keep a conscious focus on the strategic plan and the accomplishments.

It is my target to leave your organization with the means to do the strategic planning within a year after you start working with me.​
