Reiki Treatments

Reiki is a Japanese Healing Art now acknowledged as an complementary treatment and used in many hospitals around the world. Reiki Treatments help people to recenter, relax, to sleep better, to heal after injuries and surgery. It also is widely used to combat the side effects of chemotherapy and support people in transition.

Many of my clients are Highly Sensitive People and Reiki supports them in dealing with anxiety, depression and/or overwhelm.

Reiki as a Way of Living

To me Reiki is a way of living. A way on how to be in the world and take care on everything there is. I'm involved with two wonderful non-profit organizations. The NW Reiki Gathering is my home base - the annual family reunion at the sacred grounds of Breitenbush Hotspring Resort that I just can't miss. The other one is Reiki Foundation International and its project of Reiki Home, which puts all that Reiki means to me in the larger context of the world.

We are all on a journey and sometimes we need somebody who gets us, who is listening and helping us to find our next step, to add to our tool box and who is our champion as we face the challenges of life and work.

Strategic Planning

​Often it is difficult to see clearly when you are running a business or organization and so many things have to be done at the same time. Having been in the trenches I understand that and I have seen the value of a person with a compassionate and curious mind that helps to analyze the situation and to develop a Strategic Plan that is clear and will help to align all departments and people.
